We are looking for an experienced and proactive Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead the team and ensure a excellent dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations.
Supervise and coordinate the service team.
Ensure excellent guest experience and customer satisfaction.
Handle staff scheduling, training and team management.
Monitor inventory, stock and restaurant hygiene.
Manage guest feedback and resolve operational issues.
Requirements:
Prior experience in restaurant or F&B; management.
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory and service standards.
Ability to manage operations independently.
Compensation & Perks:
Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month + Service Charge.
Staff accommodation provided.
Immediate joining preferred.
