We are looking for a creative, confident, and customer-focused Marketing Executive to join our team.
Lead Generation & Business Development
Generate recent leads through different marketing channels.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into potential business.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
Maintain customer and lead follow-up records.
Customer Relationship & Communication
Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and social media.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Collect customer feedback and maintain valuable customer relationships.
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth customer communication.
Marketing Strategy & Brand Visibility
Develop and suggest current marketing ideas, campaigns, and promotional strategies.
Manage customer engagement through social media and digital platforms.
Support content and promotional activities to improve brand visibility.
Participate in promotional events and marketing activities.
