Job Responsibilities
Supervise and execute interior fit-out projects as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, consultants and clients.
Handle daily site execution activities and ensure timely project completion.
Read and understand architectural, civil and interior drawings.
Manage manpower, materials and site resources efficiently.
Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with project standards.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
Coordinate MEP activities including electrical, plumbing, HVAC and fire-fighting works.
Check measurements, BOQ, material requirements and site progress.
Ensure proper safety practices and housekeeping at the project site.

Required Skills & Qualifications




Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Interior-related field.
5+years of experience in commercial and hotel interior projects.
Valuable knowledge of interior finishing works.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Robust site management and coordination skills.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
