Job Title: State Sales Head - Karnataka

Role Overview

Orix IT Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an aggressive and strategic State Sales Head for the Karnataka region to drive revenue growth and expand our subscriber base. The candidate will be the regional champion for our premier product, MyPara, and must possess a robust sales background, specifically from B2C law journals, legal/law books publication companies, or related legal databases.

Key Responsibilities

● Own and execute the sales strategy for Karnataka to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly,and annual revenue targets.

● Identify and acquire current business from independent legal practitioners, law firms, corporatelegal departments, and law colleges.

● Conduct high-impact product demonstrations of MyPara, effectively communicating itsvalue proposition and technological edge.

● Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, manage key accounts, and ensure highsubscription renewal rates.





● Monitor local market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable feedback tothe management and product teams.

● Minimum 8+ years of proven overall sales experience with a solid track record ofmeeting or exceeding targets.

● Minimum 5 years of mandatory experience in B2C law journals or legal/law bookspublication companies.

● Specific prior experience in selling online law journals or legal research databases willbe considered a distinct advantage.

● Deep understanding of the Karnataka market with an established network within the locallegal community.

Required Skills

● Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

● Fluency in spoken and written English and Kannada is mandatory.

● Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a rapid-pacedenvironment.

● Willingness and ability to undertake extensive daily local travel across Karnataka for client meetings and product demonstrations.
