Role Description The Site Civil Engineer will oversee day-to-day civil engineering activities on construction sites in Bengaluru South and ensure work complies with design specifications, safety standards, and local regulations. Responsibilities include supervising site execution, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, reviewing drawings, assisting in planning and scheduling, and monitoring progress and quality. The role involves preparing and updating site reports, resolving technical issues, supporting stormwater and drainage solutions,



and liaising with project managers and consultants to keep project milestones on track. This is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering principles.
Candidates should possess practical experience working as Civil Engineers on site-based projects.
Candidates should possess capabilities in project Planning and coordination at the site level.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Stormwater Management and related drainage systems.
Relevant bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
Experience with construction drawings, specifications, and basic quantity estimation.
Familiarity with local building codes, infrastructure standards, and safety regulations.
Proficiency in common civil engineering software and basic MS Office tools.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
Ability to work full time on-site in Bengaluru South and manage multiple tasks independently.
