Job Description – Operations Executive

Industry: D2C Food BrandLocation: Horamavu, BangaloreSalary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day warehouse operations.
Maintain stock records and inventory.
Coordinate product packing and dispatch.
Coordinate with delivery partners and ensure timely deliveries.
Monitor inward and outward stock movement.
Ensure proper storage and organisation of products.
Visit markets/vendors whenever required for operational coordination.
Handle other routine operational activities.

Requirements
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Responsible, organised and willing to learn.
Previous warehouse or operations experience preferred.

Salary & Perks
₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on experience.
Work-related expenses reimbursed separately.
After 3 months of successful probation, 10%–20% salary increment based on performance.
