Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-oriented Sales Coordinator to manage customer orders from receipt to dispatch, coordinate with internal departments, maintain accurate commercial documentation, and ensure timely customer communication and order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities
Receive and process customer purchase orders and sales orders.
Verify product codes, specifications, quantities, pricing, delivery schedules and payment terms.
Enter and update customer orders in ERP/SAP and monitor pending orders.
Coordinate with Production Planning, Production, Quality, Stores, Dispatch and Logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
Share order status, dispatch schedules and delivery updates with customers.
Coordinate preparation of invoices, e-invoices, e-way bills and other commercial documents.
Ensure availability of COA, COC,



labels and other customer-specific documentation, wherever applicable.
Coordinate with Accounts to resolve billing discrepancies and commercial issues.
Acknowledge customer complaints within 24 hours and coordinate investigation and closure with concerned departments.
Prepare order booking, pending order, dispatch and billing MIS reports.
Maintain customer records and comply with applicable QMS procedures, ISO 15378:2017 and ISO 13485 requirements.
