JOB DESCRIPTION – MANAGER, PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Department: R&D; / New Product Development (NPD)
Experience: 4–6 Years
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Biomedical Engineering
Industry: Medical Device Manufacturing
Location: Sultanpur, Hyderabad

Job Summary

We are looking for a Product Development Manager with 4–6 years of experience in developing medical devices, including electromechanical products. The candidate will be responsible for product design, development, testing, and coordination with different departments to ensure successful product development.

Key Responsibilities
Manage new product development activities from concept to final product.
Develop and improve electromechanical medical devices.
Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and electronic design activities.
Prepare and review engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical documents.
Support prototype development, product testing, and validation.
Identify technical problems and implement solutions.
Coordinate with Production,



Quality, and Regulatory teams.
Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and applicable quality standards.
Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion.
Maintain product development documents and records.
Support the transfer of current products from development to manufacturing.

Required Skills
4–6 years of experience in product development or R&D.;
Experience in electromechanical product development.
Knowledge of mechanical design, electronics integration, and product testing.
Knowledge of CAD software and engineering drawings.
Understanding of ISO 13485 and product development documentation.
Positive communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Medical device industry experience is preferred.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
