Job Summary

The QC Officer is responsible for ensuring that raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods meet the company's quality standards. The role involves inspections, testing, documentation, and coordinating with production teams to maintain product quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
To prepare the In-house specification, Standard test procedures, MSDS, MOA & COA.  Raw materials  Packing Material  Bulk products  Finished products
Sampling, Analysis & reporting of following  Raw materials  Packing Material  Bulk products  Finished products
To maintain control samples, retention samples of following:



 Raw materials  Packing Material  Bulk products  Finished products
IPQC: In-process quality control  FGQC: Finished positive quality control check  To maintain daily & monthly calibration records of all equipment.  To maintain log book records of all equipment.  Sampling, chemical & microbial Analysis & reporting of purified water.  To send finished valuable samples for micro analysis to outside laboratories.  Stability studies.  All the duties assigned by Q.C. manager.
