An Measurement Supervisor at Fero Window (part of Feroke Boards Ltd) plays a critical role in bridging the gap between factory manufacturing and final site execution. Fero Window manufactures premium Aluminium and uPVC window systems, meaning this position requires high precision to ensure windows are weather-tight, properly aligned, and flawlessly fitted

A Supervisor in this role divides their time between pre-installation site surveys and on-site execution management:
Pre-Installation Site Surveying:
Visiting residential, commercial, or hospitality project sites to take exact, millimeter-accurate opening measurements.
Ensuring the structural openings (plumb, level, and squareness) are ready for window framing.
Team & Subcontractor Supervision:
Leading a dedicated team of installation technicians and site workers.
Allocating day-to-day tasks and ensuring the team adheres to architectural blueprints and Fero's internal specifications

Quality Control & Compliance:
Inspecting incoming window profiles, glass units, and hardware for any transit damage or manufacturing defects.
Verifying that finished installations are perfectly leveled, secure, adequately sealed against weather elements, and function smoothly





Client Coordination & Safety:
Serving as the primary in office point of contact for architects, general contractors, and clients.
Enforcing strict site safety guidelines, making sure the team wears mandatory safety gear and handles equipment safely
Experience: Generally requires 1 to 3+ years of hands-on background in site supervision, structural carpentry, or specialized uPVC/Aluminium window and door fabrication. [1, 2]
Technical Knowledge: Ability to read and accurately interpret technical layout drawings, AutoCAD drafts, and structural blueprints. [1, 2]
Tools: Absolute mastery of physical measurement tools (laser measures, calipers, levels, tape measures) and familiarity with window anchoring, glazing, and silicone sealant application. [1, 2]
Communication: Robust problem-solving, leadership, and multilingual skills (such as Malayalam/English/Tamil depending on the regional market) to coordinate efficiently with laborers and site engineers alike.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
