Job Description
We are looking for motivated and target-oriented Tele Sales Executives to join our sales team. The selected candidates will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, explaining investment advisory services, handling customer queries and converting interested prospects into clients.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain investment advisory products and services.
Counsel potential clients and understand their requirements.
Follow up with interested prospects.
Convert leads into customers and achieve assigned sales targets.
Maintain skilled customer relationships.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
Minimum 6 months of experience in outbound BPO sales / telesales.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Robust convincing, negotiation and customer-handling abilities.
Target-oriented approach and basic numerical skills.
Candidates fluent in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Bengali or Tulu will be preferred.
Training & Certification
10 days of initial training.
Successful completion of the required certification is mandatory for onboarding.
Salary & Benefits
Monthly salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000.
Fixed Sunday weekly off.
