We are looking for a motivated and target-driven UK Recruitment Consultant / Recruiter with experience in healthcare recruitment or a healthcare-related background. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, recruitment knowledge, and the ability to manage candidates and clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities and candidate sourcing.
Source and screen candidates through job portals, databases, and professional networks.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
Handle recruitment targets and maintain candidate databases.
Communicate professionally with candidates and clients.
Requirements
1–2 years of relevant recruitment experience.
Healthcare recruitment experience or a healthcare-related background is preferred/required.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive sourcing, screening, and coordination skills.
Candidates must be local to Ahmedabad.
Immediate joiners only.
Must be comfortable working in the UK shift (12:30 PM – 10:00 PM).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
