The SMEs are required to create contact for Virtual ILTs by translating client-provided learning outcomes into engaging session plans, practical exercises, case studies, assignments, simulations, and applied activities. The experience will bring together Financial Modeling, Data & Digital Readiness, Soft Skills, and Career Readiness, with a robust emphasis on practical application and workplace relevance.

Project starts next week and ILT material needs to finalized by Dec'26 which means SMEs need to provide the content to Instructional Design (ID) team in a staggered mode by end Nov. SMEs will need to collaborate with IDs.
