Role Description The International Business Development Manager is a full time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for identifying and developing current international markets, managing relationships with global partners, and driving sales growth across targeted regions. Day-to-day activities include market research, business planning, preparing and presenting commercial proposals, negotiating contracts, and monitoring performance against sales and revenue targets. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams such as product management, supply chain,



and finance to ensure smooth execution of international deals. The manager will also track competitor activity, participate in industry events, and provide regular business reports and forecasts to senior leadership.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in International Business Development and International Business.
Candidates should possess solid expertise in Business Planning and strategic market analysis.
Candidates should possess proven capabilities in International Sales and revenue growth in global markets.
Candidates should possess effective Account Management skills for maintaining and expanding key client relationships.
Experience in agribusiness, seeds, or related agricultural inputs is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects across regions.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, International Trade, Agriculture, or a related field preferred.
Willingness to travel internationally as business needs require.
