Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Relationship Executives. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with customers, addressing their queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain professional communication.
Meet assigned performance targets and follow company policies.

Eligibility Criteria




Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
