Role Description The Epf role at Consaltant is a full-time, in office position based in Delhi, India. The role involves managing and administering Employee Provident Fund (EPF) processes, including registration, contributions, withdrawals, and compliance documentation. The individual will coordinate with internal HR and finance teams, maintain accurate records, and ensure adherence to applicable labor laws and regulatory guidelines. Day-to-day tasks may include preparing reports, handling employee queries related to EPF,



liaising with government authorities when required, and supporting audits. The role also requires proactive identification of process improvements to strengthen compliance and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of EPF regulations, labor laws, and statutory compliance related to employee perks.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and comfort working with payroll or HRIS/ERP systems.
Attention to detail, robust numerical aptitude, and ability to maintain accurate documentation and records.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with employees, internal teams, and external authorities.
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; prior experience in EPF or payroll/HR operations is preferred.
