Key Responsibilities
Manage complete plant operations, production, quality, safety and costs.
Handle PET, PP and HDPE washing, shredding, drying, extrusion and pelletising lines.
Improve production efficiency, material recovery and product quality.
Minimise material loss, power consumption and machine downtime.
Manage machinery maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues.
Lead operators, supervisors and technicians.
Ensure safety, pollution control and regulatory compliance.
Monitor production, stock, yield and operating costs.

Requirements
Hands-on experience in PET, PP or HDPE plastic recycling plants.
Knowledge of washing, shredding, extrusion and pelletising processes.
Experience in machinery operation, maintenance and team management.
Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Plastic or Polymer Engineering .
