About the Role
Bachan Gas Service is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Calling Executive (Telecaller) to join our team in Ludhiana.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to manage customer calls, inquiries, and follow-ups efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Handle incoming customer inquiries professionally.
Assist customers with LPG cylinder booking inquiries, delivery updates, and service-related information.
Follow up with customers regarding bookings and service requests.
Maintain accurate customer records and daily calling reports.
Coordinate with the delivery and operations team to ensure smooth customer service.
Address customer concerns and escalate complaints when necessary.
Maintain positive relationships with customers.
Candidate Requirements
Good communication skills in Hindi and Punjabi.
Basic English communication skills preferred.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
Polite, confident, and customer-friendly personality.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple calls and customer inquiries.
Previous experience in telecalling or customer support is an advantage.
