The Event Coordinator at Cafe Wink is a full time, in office role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for planning and executing in-house events such as private parties, corporate gatherings, themed evenings, and special promotions. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating event logistics, managing bookings, aligning with kitchen and service teams, arranging décor and entertainment, and ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. The Event Coordinator will communicate with clients to understand their requirements, prepare event proposals, support sales initiatives, and follow up for feedback and future business. The role also involves maintaining event calendars, managing budgets, and upholding Cafe Wink’s brand standards in all event-related activities.

Qualifications
Strong Event Planning and Event Management skills to coordinate end-to-end events efficiently.




Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to engage guests, understand needs, and resolve issues professionally.
Sales skills to promote event packages, build client relationships, and support revenue growth.
Ability to work in office in a fast-paced hospitality environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Prior experience in hospitality, restaurants, or event coordination is preferred.
Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
Comfort using basic office software and event management tools for scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
