Job Title: Senior MEP BIM Modeller
Project: Data Centre

We are looking for an experienced Senior MEP BIM Modeller with robust expertise in Revit, Navisworks, and ACC/BIM 360 to work on a Data Centre project.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and coordinate 2D/3D MEP models using Autodesk Revit.
Handle HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting modelling.
Perform clash detection and BIM coordination using Navisworks and ACC/BIM 360.
Prepare construction, lighting, small-power, and as-built drawings.
Manage scan-to-BIM updates and model quality.
Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams.
Ensure timely project deliverables and mentor junior team members.

Requirements:
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
Minimum 4+ years of MEP BIM Modelling experience.
Robust knowledge of Revit, Navisworks,



and ACC/BIM 360 (Mandatory).
Data Centre project experience preferred.
Valuable coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
