Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller with positive communication skills to connect with potential customers, generate leads, and promote company products and services over the phone.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
Explain company products and services to prospective clients.
Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Identify customer requirements and provide relevant information.
Maintain call records and update customer databases.




Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Required Skills
1–3 years of experience in Telecalling or Customer Support.
Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Solid convincing and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
