Responsibilities
Supervise paddy receiving, drying, cleaning, milling, grading, packing, and dispatch.
Monitor machine operators, labourers, loading staff, and contractors.
Track paddy/rice/bran/husk movement and prevent wastage, pilferage, and stock mismatch.
Maintain daily production, yield/recovery, downtime, and quality records.
Coordinate with accounts, purchase, sales, transport, and maintenance teams.
Ensure safety, cleanliness, discipline, and timely completion of daily targets.
Requirements
Practical knowledge of rice-mill machinery and milling process is strongly preferred.
Ability to read weighbridge slips, stock registers, and basic production reports.
Solid Tamil communication and manpower-handling ability.
Willing to work in shifts or extended hours during peak paddy season.
Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
