Role Description The Travel Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. In this position, the Travel Specialist manages day-to-day travel arrangements, including flight, hotel, and ground transportation bookings for leisure and business travelers. Responsibilities include coordinating itineraries, handling changes and cancellations, providing explicit travel information, and ensuring compliance with client preferences and company policies. The role involves regular interaction with customers to understand travel needs, resolve issues, and deliver a high level of service.



The Travel Specialist also supports travel management reporting, maintains accurate records, and collaborates with internal teams and external vendors to optimize travel solutions.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management, including booking and coordinating end-to-end itineraries.
Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with travelers and stakeholders.
Candidates should possess experience with Business Travel, including corporate travel policies, approvals, and expense awareness.
Familiarity with travel booking tools, GDS or online travel platforms, and basic international travel regulations is beneficial.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort with hybrid work (office in Current Delhi plus remote work), and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in a travel agency, corporate travel desk, or hospitality environment and a relevant diploma or degree in tourism, hospitality, or business is an advantage.
