Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced NPD Project Management qualified to drive end-to-end current product development and launch activities across skincare, beauty and personal care categories.

The role involves managing project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, working closely with manufacturing partners, tracking dependencies and ensuring timely product launches.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end NPD project execution, from product development to final commercialization.
Own project timelines, launch calendars, milestones and execution trackers.
Coordinate with R&D;, Packaging, Design, Procurement, Quality, Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams.
Work closely with external manufacturers and vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
Track packaging development, artwork approvals, raw material availability and product trials.
Monitor project progress, identify delays and proactively resolve execution-related challenges.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely launches.
Coordinate cost tracking, vendor performance and project budgets.
Maintain project documentation, MIS reports and launch trackers.




Ensure smooth coordination between internal stakeholders and external manufacturing partners.

Required Skills & Experience
4–8 years of experience in Project Management, NPD Execution, Project Coordination or Product Launch Management.
Experience in FMCG, Beauty, Cosmetics, Skincare, Personal Care or D2C industries.
Strong experience in project planning, execution and cross-functional coordination.
Exposure to manufacturing, packaging development and vendor management.
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with experience in NPD project execution and product launch coordination.
Experience working with manufacturing teams and external vendors.
Candidates who have managed projects from planning through execution and commercialization.
