Role Description The Team Leader B2B Sales role is a full time, on-site position based in Patel Nagar. The role involves managing and guiding a sales team, setting daily and weekly targets, and monitoring performance to ensure goals are met. The Team Leader will engage with B2B clients, respond to inquiries, handle escalations, and maintain solid relationships to drive repeat business. This position requires coordinating sales activities, preparing reports, analyzing sales data, and sharing insights with management. The role also includes conducting training, coaching team members,



and ensuring high standards of customer service and communication are consistently maintained.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Sales skills, including B2B sales experience, lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
Candidates should demonstrate effective Team Management abilities, including coaching, performance monitoring, and motivating sales staff.
Candidates should have solid Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on client relationship management and issue resolution.
Candidates should possess Analytical Skills for interpreting sales data, tracking KPIs, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Proven experience in B2B sales or corporate sales leadership is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Patel Nagar and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
