Job Title: Senior AI Engineer

Experience: 8+ Years

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for business applications.
Build and optimize machine learning and deep learning solutions.
Develop and integrate Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) based applications.
Fine-tune foundation models and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
Work with structured and unstructured data to develop predictive models.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to understand AI requirements.
Optimize model performance, scalability, and deployment pipelines.
Build APIs and integrate AI models into enterprise applications.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and Generative AI technologies.

Required Skills
8+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
Solid proficiency in Python.
Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Experience with Generative AI, LLMs (OpenAI, Llama, Claude,



Gemini, etc.), LangChain, and RAG.
Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, and deep learning techniques.
Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, or ChromaDB.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience with MLOps and model deployment.
AI/Cloud certifications are an added advantage.
