We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and motivated Telecaller Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for freshers and aspiring professionals to develop their communication, customer handling, and sales skills in a professional work environment.
The selected candidate will assist in communicating with potential and existing customers, explaining our products or services, answering basic customer queries, generating leads, and following up with interested prospects.
The ideal candidate should have good Hindi and English communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Introduce and explain our products, services, and offers to customers.
Generate leads and follow up with interested prospects.
Handle basic customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Maintain customer records and update call details.
Assist the sales team in follow-ups and lead management.
Build positive customer relationships through skilled communication.
Learn effective telecalling techniques, customer engagement, and sales practices.
Work towards assigned calling targets under the guidance of the team.





Required Skills and Qualifications
Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Confident, polite, and professional telephone etiquette.
Positive interpersonal and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping abilities.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
Freshers and students looking to gain practical work experience are welcome to apply.
Prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
