We are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Assistant Manager with a solid background in food processing machinery manufacturing. You will drive sales growth, lead marketing initiatives, manage key client relationships, and guide the sales team.

​Key Responsibilities

​Sales & Growth: Lead sales strategies to expand market reach in the food processing sector, negotiate high-value deals, and achieve revenue targets.

​Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and track the daily performance of the sales team.

​Solution Pitching: Understand client requirements and work with technical teams to offer customized machinery solutions.

​Marketing & Events: Plan promotional campaigns, drive B2B lead generation, and manage participation in industrial trade shows and exhibitions.

​Client Relations: Build long-term relationships with key clients and ensure smooth after-sales support and service coordination.

​Reporting & Market Insights: Track industry trends, monitor competitor activities, and submit sales forecasts to management.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
