Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale high-rise residential/commercial projects, from mobilization through handover, ensuring delivery on time, cost, quality and safety.
Manage the complete project lifecycle including construction planning, structural/civil works, MEP coordination, contracts, billing, consultant management and stakeholder coordination.
Drive multiple contractors and site teams, proactively resolving execution bottlenecks while ensuring adherence to EHS, quality standards and project milestones.
Provide robust leadership across planning, engineering and execution teams, with ownership of overall project performance.

Candidate Profile:
Qualification: BE/B.Tech – Civil Engineering, mandatory
Experience: 18–27 years
Significant experience with EPC/construction companies handling high-rise projects
Robust exposure to the Mumbai/MMR construction setting
Proven ability to independently lead large, complex projects as Project Head / Construction Head / Senior Project Lead

Preferred Background: Candidates currently working with established EPC organizations and experienced in delivering complex high-rise residential, mixed-use or redevelopment projects in Mumbai/MMR.
