Designation: Senior Production Manager

Salary : 15L to 18L pa

Qualification : Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: Min 8+ year

Location: Vasai (East)

Key Responsibilities
Production Planning & Control :
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans.
Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
Coordinate with design, purchase, stores, quality and assembly departments.
Monitor job progress and resolve production bottlenecks.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower and machinery.
Quality & Compliance :
Ensure compliance with GMP requirements and applicable pharmaceutical industry standards.
Maintain manufacturing documentation and inspection records.
Coordinate with the QA/QC department for quality inspections.




Ensure proper material traceability and process control.
Manpower Management :
Manage supervisors, engineers, technicians, fitters, welders and operators.
Allocate work according to production priorities.
Monitor employee productivity and performance.
Cost & Productivity Control :
Control production costs and minimize material wastage.
Improve production efficiency and machine utilization.
Implement 5S, Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing practices.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
