Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage online marketplace accounts and day-to-day e-commerce operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in product listing, account management, inventory, orders, pricing, catalogue management, and online advertising.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain company accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
Create, update, and optimize product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, specifications, images, keywords, and pricing.
Manage product catalogues, variations, SKUs, and product attributes.
Monitor inventory and ensure product availability across marketplaces.
Process and monitor orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and customer queries.
Update product pricing, offers, discounts, and promotional activities.
Monitor account health, listing status, suppressed listings, and marketplace policy compliance.
Manage and monitor online advertising campaigns and track their performance.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and marketplace performance reports.
Analyze sales,



orders, traffic, conversion, and product performance.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, accounts, and sales teams for smooth order processing.
Resolve marketplace-related issues and maintain overall account performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Hands-on experience in E-Commerce Account Management.
Solid knowledge of Product Listing & Catalogue Management.
Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, or similar marketplaces.
Knowledge of inventory, pricing, orders, returns, and account health.
Basic knowledge of Amazon Ads / marketplace advertising.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Robust analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple marketplace activities.

Preferred Candidate

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing e-commerce accounts, creating and optimizing product listings, maintaining catalogues and inventory, handling orders and returns, monitoring account health, and supporting marketplace advertising activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
