Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to promote the company’s food chemical products.
Understand customer requirements by asking about the required product, quantity, quality specifications, and delivery timelines.
Generate new sales leads and identify potential B2B customers.
Coordinate with the sales team to prepare and share quotations with customers.
Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, and order confirmations.
Handle customer queries professionally and maintain good customer relationships.
Maintain customer information, call records, sales enquiries, and follow-up details in Excel.
Send product details, quotations, and other business-related information through email.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Valuable verbal communication skills in English.
Valuable Hindi and English typing skills.
Basic knowledge of email writing, sending, and replying to business enquiries.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
Valuable customer handling, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of telecalling, telesales, or B2B sales will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
