Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparation of South Indian breakfast items such as Idli, Dosa, Uttapam, Vada, Upma, Pongal, Sambhar, and Chutneys.
Prepare mise-en-place as instructed by senior chefs.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work area, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Ensure proper storage and handling of food items as per food safety standards.
Support in receiving and storing kitchen supplies and raw materials.
Follow standard recipes and portion control guidelines.
Assist during buffet setup and breakfast service operations.
Report any equipment malfunction or shortage of stock to senior chefs.
Adhere to company grooming, hygiene, and safety standards.

Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
