Key Responsibilities:
Call potential students and parents to explain course offerings
Convert leads into enrollments by providing accurate information and guidance
Follow up with interested users to close sales
Maintain records of calls and customer details
Achieve daily/weekly targets set by the team lead

Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused attitude
Prior telecalling or telesales experience preferred (Fresher welcome)




Basic computer skills (CRM usage, MS Excel, etc.)
Minimum qualification: 12th pass
