JOB TITLE: Business Development Executive – B2B Sales

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Green Eco Industries is looking for experienced Business Development Executives to expand our business, acquire new customers and increase sales of our paper packaging products across India.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify and generate new business leads across India.
Approach potential customers and convert leads into orders.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Follow up on customer enquiries and pending orders.
Promote new products to existing customers.
Follow up with customers for pending payments and collections.
Maintain customer details, enquiries and follow-up records in the company CRM application.
Visit customers and explore current business prospects.
Achieve monthly sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS:
Any Degree or Diploma.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development is mandatory.




Experience in lead generation, customer acquisition and sales conversion.
Good communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM application experience.
Willingness to travel across India for customer visits.
Versatile working hours.

PREFERRED INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE:

Candidates with experience in the following industries will be given preference:
Paper and Paper Packaging
Printing and Packaging
Corrugated Box and Carton Manufacturing
FMCG and Food Packaging
Textile and Garment
Industrial and Manufacturing Sales

SALARY:

Up to ₹40,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
