Job Responsibilities:
Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other bidding platforms.
Prepare and submit compelling proposals based on client requirements.
Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
Communicate with potential clients and understand their project requirements.
Follow up with prospects and maintain robust client relationships.
Negotiate with clients and assist in converting leads into successful projects.
Coordinate with the internal sales/technical team to prepare suitable proposals.
Maintain records of bids, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Online Bidder/Bidding Executive.
Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, or similar platforms.
Solid proposal writing and client communication skills.
Good spoken and written English.
Solid negotiation, follow-up, and lead-generation skills.
Knowledge of IT/software services will be an added advantage.
Target-oriented and able to work independently.
