Salary: ₹42,000 CTC / Approx. ₹37,000 In-Hand (CRC Process)
Qualification : Graduation

Shift: Day Rotational
Weekly Off : 1 Week Off – Rotational

Job Overview

Teleperformance is hiring experienced sales professionals for its domestic banking sales process. The ideal candidates should have a minimum of one year of relevant sales experience in banking, loan sales, real estate, or commercial sales.

Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, customer-handling abilities, and a solid sales orientation.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries and identify potential sales opportunities.
Promote banking products and services to prospective customers.




Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
Maintain qualified communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow bank internal policies, compliance guidelines, and sales procedures.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience.
Experience in any of the following domains:
Banking Sales
Loan Sales
Real Estate Sales
Commercial Sales
Robust verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet sales targets.
Customer-centric approach with good negotiation skills.

Preferred Candidates: Experienced sales professionals from banking, loan sales, real estate, and commercial sales backgrounds.
