We are an established spices, dry fruits and traditional ingredients business seeking a Quality Control Intern to support product quality and food safety checks under supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with inspection of incoming ingredients, in-process materials and finished products.
Support sampling and routine quality checks.
Check packaging, labelling, batch details and product condition.
Maintain inspection records, checklists and test observations.
Help monitor hygiene, storage conditions and food safety procedures.
Report quality concerns and support follow-up actions.
Maintain the quality of products in the warehouses.
Qualifications
Students or recent graduates in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology,
Chemistry or a related discipline are encouraged to apply.
Attention to detail, basic documentation skills and willingness to learn.
Interest in food quality, hygiene and safety.
Freshers are welcome.
Remuneration and Perks
Stipend: ₹5,000 per month.
Free food and accommodation are available on an optional basis.
Work Location
In person at Mattanchery Bazar Road, Kochi, Kerala.
