Role Description The Travel Quotation Executive for Dubai is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The role involves preparing accurate and competitive travel quotations for Dubai packages, including flights, hotels, transfers, excursions, and other services. The executive will communicate with suppliers, update pricing and availability, and ensure that all quotations adhere to company standards and client requirements. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries from sales teams or clients, advising on itinerary options, verifying travel regulations,



and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Dubai attractions and offers. The role also requires close coordination with internal teams to finalize bookings, resolve customer queries, and support smooth end-to-end travel management.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management, including planning itineraries and coordinating bookings.
Experience in Travel Consulting, with the ability to advise clients on suitable Dubai packages and travel options.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, provide clear information, and maintain client satisfaction.
Attention to detail and numerical accuracy for preparing quotations, cost comparisons, and package breakdowns.
Proficiency with travel booking tools, GDS or online portals, and basic MS Office applications.
Knowledge of Dubai tourism products, local regulations, and current promotions is highly beneficial.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple requests, and meet deadlines.
Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred.
