Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized qualified with 3–6 years of relevant work experience to provide direct executive support to senior leadership while managing administrative and finance-related operations.

Candidates must have prior experience in Executive Assistance or Administrative Support, preferably working directly with a Founder, CEO, or senior executive. Practical exposure to finance administration, payroll coordination, bookkeeping, invoice management, and expense tracking is also expected.

Required Skills & Qualifications
3–6 years of total qualified experience. Candidates outside this experience range will not be considered.
Relevant experience in Executive Assistance, Administrative Support, or a similar role.
Prior experience directly supporting a Founder, CEO,



or senior executive is essential.
Strong understanding of calendar management, meeting coordination, email management, and executive support.
Practical experience in finance administration, payroll coordination, bookkeeping, invoicing, or expense management.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, and relevant administrative tools.
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
