Implement Performance Tuning Strategies For Db2 Databases, Optimizing System Performance And Ensuring High Availability In Line With Industry Best Practices.
Manage And Update The Knowledge Base, Contributing To Documentation That Enhances Team Efficiency And Supports Ongoing Training Initiatives For Recent Analysts.
Collaborate With Cross-Functional Support Teams To Address Complex Tickets,



Ensuring Timely Resolution Within Agreed Slas And Maintaining A Robust Security Posture.

Skill Requirements
