Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
Identify and appoint new distributors to expand market presence.
Monitor freezer utilization and ensure optimal product movement.
Collect outstanding payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
Submit daily sales reports and market updates to the reporting manager.
Conduct route audits and maintain accurate sales and distributor records.
Maintain a skilled appearance and represent the company positively.
Follow the Permanent Journey Plan (PJP) and maintain regular market coverage.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 0 - 3 years of experience in sales management within the dairy industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
Robust leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Candidates from Chennai / Chennai surrounding are most preferred
