Role Description The Housekeeping Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order across event spaces, guest areas, and back-of-house zones. Day-to-day tasks include cleaning and sanitizing rooms and public areas, managing laundry and linens, organizing supplies, and ensuring all spaces meet company hygiene standards before, during, and after events. The role involves inspecting facilities for maintenance or safety issues, coordinating with event and operations teams to support setup and breakdown, and responding promptly to guest or client housekeeping requests.



The Housekeeping Specialist is expected to follow established procedures, use cleaning equipment safely, and contribute to a positive, respectful workplace environment.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid housekeeping skills, including cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing event and guest areas.
Candidates should possess laundry-related skills, including handling linens, washing, drying, and proper storage.
Candidates should possess customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with guests, clients, and team members.
Candidates should possess the ability to participate in and support training activities, including learning and following housekeeping standards.
