Job Description – Sales & Marketing Executive

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Experience: 3–5 Years
Qualification: Graduate / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred

Job Responsibilities
Generate new business leads and develop relationships with builders, developers, contractors, and construction companies.
Promote and sell aluminium formwork and scaffolding products.
Identify current business opportunities and maintain robust relationships with existing clients.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with the technical, production,



and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Maintain customer databases, sales reports, and MIS records.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and recent project opportunities.

Required Skills
3–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in construction, aluminium formwork, or scaffolding.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and sales reporting.
Ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage client relationships.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
