HR Recruiter – Roles & Responsibilities (Fresher to 2 Years Experience)
Understand and analyze client requirements, including job descriptions, required skills, qualifications, and experience.
Post job openings on recruitment platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and social media platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, communication skills, and job suitability.
Coordinate with candidates regarding interview schedules and follow-ups.




Share shortlisted candidate profiles with clients or hiring managers for further evaluation.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily recruitment reports.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial screening to final selection.
Coordinate salary discussions, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.
Track selected candidates and ensure timely joining and onboarding.
Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and clients.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
