ob Title: Production Planner Executive

Job Role: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Production Planner Executive to join our Production Department. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating production planning activities, monitoring inventory through SAP/ERP systems, coordinating with various departments, and supporting day-to-day production and administrative activities.

Job Responsibilities:

· Coordinate production workflow for the products with Production Manager and higher management.

· Coordinate with other departments to determine the demand for the product.

· Determine the raw materials and manufacturing equipment required for the production process.

· Troubleshoot the problems that occurred and take measures to resolve them.

· Responsible in inventory data entry monitoring using SAP System.

· To assist invoice processing and ensure proper filing system on invoices, Purchase order, Debit and Credit note.

· To assist and support other Production requirement.





· To coordinate with business partners to vendor registration invoice bookings and etc.

· Provide support in other admin activities like planning office stationery, minor repairs and maintenance activity for office

Requirement
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Production Planning.
Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems is mandatory.
Valuable understanding of production planning, inventory management and material coordination.
Knowledge of purchase orders, invoice processing and basic commercial documentation.
Positive coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.

Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage tasks efficiently

Location : Chakan, Phase 4 , Pune

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
