Role Description The Site Civil Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing day-to-day civil engineering activities at project sites. This role involves supervising construction work, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards, and coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams. The Site Civil Engineer will monitor project progress, manage site documentation, and support planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety regulations, resolving technical issues on-site, inspecting completed work,



and reporting regularly to project managers on timelines and risks.
Qualifications
Robust foundation in Civil Engineering, with applied knowledge of Civil Engineering Design.
Experience working as Civil Engineers on site-based infrastructure or construction projects.
Skills in Planning and project coordination, including site scheduling and resource management.
Understanding of Stormwater Management and related drainage design and implementation.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and local regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in civil engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, basic design and analysis tools) is an advantage.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Robust problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality.
Effective communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary site teams.
