SAS Sales Group is expanding, and we’re looking for a sharp, organized Business Operations Associate to keep our growing business running smoothly. You’ll partner closely with senior managers and the sales team, helping turn strategy into day-to-day execution and supporting the processes that drive our growth.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily business operations and make sure workflows run efficiently across teams
Track, analyze, and report on sales and operational performance against monthly and quarterly goals
Support the sales team with client onboarding, documentation, and follow-ups
Identify bottlenecks and recommend practical improvements to processes and systems
Maintain accurate records, databases, and client information
Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve queries promptly
Assist and guide junior team members and new joiners
Travel locally when needed for client or branch coordination
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and reporting tools
Reliable, self-driven, and focused on delivering results
Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
