Role & Responsibilities
Manage the recovery and collection of outstanding payments from delinquent customers.
2.Handle collection buckets (DPD – Days Past Due) and ensure monthly collection and ageing targets are achieved.
3.Identify and explore additional channels for effective debt recovery.
4.Negotiate with overdue customers to facilitate timely repayment.
5.Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely resolution.
6.Make reminder calls to customers who have missed their EMI payments.
7.Educate customers about the consequences of delayed or missed payments.
8.Provide customers with available payment options and guide them through the payment process.
9.Follow up consistently with customers until outstanding payments are received.
10.Handle customer escalations professionally and ensure appropriate resolution.
11.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, call details, and collection updates in the system as per company procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–2 years of relevant experience in collections, debt recovery, or payment follow-up.
Prior experience handling collection buckets (DPD) will be preferred.
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telegu, Kannada, Tamil(at least one regional language) is mandatory.
Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to achieve monthly collection targets.
Must have a personal laptop and a reliable internet connection.
Ability to work independently in a work from home workplace.
Personal Laptop is mandatory.
Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
