Key Responsibilities:
Drive business development and achieve assigned business targets for the Mumbai region.
Lead, manage, and motivate the team to achieve individual and regional business goals.
Identify and onboard recent corporates onto the RXIL platform.
Develop and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and business partners.
Drive invoice discounting transactions and increase platform utilisation.
Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations and client servicing.
Prepare regular business performance reports and provide updates to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate/Postgraduate with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the Banking/Financial Services sector.
Prior experience in team handling and territory management.
A valuable understanding of MSME financing, working capital, supply chain finance, or TReDS will be an added advantage.
Strong networking, negotiation, leadership, and relationship management skills.
Positive knowledge of the Mumbai market, with a proven ability to drive business growth.
